As a seasoned expert in Newstar ERP, Salesforce, Yardi, and Power Platform, you'll contribute significantly to system implementations, optimizations, and integrations. Reporting to the Director of Systems Development, this role offers an opportunity to shape the future of our organization. Primary Responsibilities: Manage the implementation and integration of business systems, including but not limited to Newstar ERP, Yardi, Salesforce, and Power Platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and develop solutions to meet organizational needs Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing, training, and deployment Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective system utilization and adoption Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Administer and maintain business systems, including user access, configuration, and customization as necessary Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements, enhancements, and optimizations to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness Develop integrations and APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability between systems Utilize Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards, enabling data-driven decision making across the organization Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 7+ years in business systems analysis, preferably in home building Proficiency in Newstar ERP, Salesforce, and Yardi required Solid understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Proven track record in system implementations and user adoption Expertise in Power BI and Microsoft stack desirable Compensation: • $90K - $95K • Benefits package + RRSP program • 3 weeks vacation We are committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities.
