* What does a National Intake Coordinator in North York do? :
- Act as a liaison between GardaWorld and our clients to ensure all requests are handled in a timely manner
- Responsible for maintaining current, accurate and detailed files for both clients and employees
- Investigate reports requested by other departments
- Record and maintain data and dispatch information
- Ensure alarms are dispatched accordingly to the appropriate sites
- Organize the allocation of resources in an efficient manner
- Issue parking permits to tenants
- Other duties as required
**Qualifications to become a National Intake Coordinator in North York***:
- Effective collaboration with business partners across the country and ensuring effective service delivery
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure goals are met
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs with efficiency and ability to learn GardaWorld's other platforms
- Be available to work a flexible schedule on any 7 days, specifically Continental Rotating shifts from 7AM-7PM
- Be eligible to work in Canada
