VG Meats is looking for a Sausage Kitchen (aka Processing Department) Leader in Simcoe, ON!The Processing Department Team Lead will be a mature individual who will demonstrate the necessary qualities to perform this position with attention to detail, organization and efficient communication. They will lead, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers to execute the production plan, efficient operation of processing machines, and maintain inventory. Preference will be given to those who possess industry-specific knowledge with respect to meat and/or food formulation and those who have demonstrated the ability to follow process, recipe and machine operating procedures.
