As a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development analyst, you support IT efficiency by configuring, administering, maintaining and upgrading highly complex, large-scale computer networks, management systems, database servers and business solutions in accordance with the organization’s needs. You analyze and diagnose situations related to large-scale issues and deployments in your field, as well as quality control and assurance. You provide opinions in accordance with your discipline’s rules; recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies and programs; and propose implementation plans. Your projects and initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of work. You plan, prioritize and coordinate work to stay on schedule and meet objectives. You help solve highly complex problems using your analytical skills and extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in many other fields. You lead and serve as a systems specialist for your unit, clients and practitioners. Morespecifically, youwillberequired to :Help clients define their needs. Analyze and interpret data according to your field of expertise to inform decision-making on IT solutions and the best practices in quality assurance and application development. Develop complex execution strategies, determine their scope and write procedures and guidelines. Analyze risks, write highly complex reports and test cases and propose solutions.
