As our Junior Instructional Designer, you’ll develop innovative and sustainable training modules that empower our Contact Centre and supporting business teams. Your expertise in eLearning design will help create content that resonates with learners, ensuring they gain the knowledge and skills needed to excel!Why You’ll Love This Role Create engaging, competency-based content with tools like Captivate and Articulate.Apply the latest eLearning best practices to boost engagement.Align training with business goals by working with experts.Test and troubleshoot courses for an optimal user experience.Increase adoption through virtual classrooms and web conferencing.Oversee the LMS, including training records and system updates.
