Do you have at least 2 years hands administrative experience?

**This position is on site, 3 days a week, 8-4:30pm, Wednesday

  • Friday.**

If you answered yes, then please keep reading for all the details on the position :

  • Support the Executive Director and staff to ensure a smooth organizational flow
  • Daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to opening and closing the building, retrieve and sort mail for occupants, monitor office supplies, record all maintenance issues
  • Coordination of daily calendars and scheduling of appointments
  • Ensure the building is kept up to adequate standards and that office housekeeping is performed if needed
  • Supports with all administration related to leasing including but not limited to; key preparation, sign in/out board prep, copier and alarm code programing, welcome package, and business development preparation
  • Maintain internal CRM system
  • Assist and support with filing documents as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Types : Part-time, Permanent

Salary : $18.00-$20.00 per hour
