We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in St Albert, AB. The Recruiter is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process, utilizing a high degree of confidentiality, initiative, judgment, sales acumen and independence.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with the management team on identifying recruitment needs for our clients.
  • Manage and update recruitment portal
  • Liaison with the recruitment team, building rapport and providing weekly recruitment updates
  • Develop interview guides and assist hiring team with employer interview preparation;
  • Administration and coordination of employer hires’ pre-employment requirements and onboarding.
  • Prepare and send out new hire packages to international-temporary foreign workers
  • Presenting CV’s to employers with synopsis
  • Set up interviews for employers
  • Respond to company’s social media accounts Facebook page, Inst and LinkedIn Account.

Qualifications :

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volume work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • Superior communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information in an appropriate manner;
  • Ability to work effectively and professionally in a dynamic environment while managing multiple client demands and priorities;
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment and establish strong collaborative working relationships;
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills.
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Experience :

  • Experience with recruiting platform is an asset
  • International recruitment experience is an asset
  • Experience with high volume recruitment requests with deadlines, high volume multi-tasking and coordination is an asset
  • Experience in mass hiring is an asset
  • Sales Experience is an asset
