This position will work on an 8/6 rotation in Grande Prairie, AB.

COMPENSATION : Salary Range: $112,000 - $137,000

JOB DETAILS :

  • 8 days on / 6 days off
  • Day Shift
  • 10 Hour Shift
  • Bonus
  • Salary + Overtime

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILTIES :

  • Performs work tasks in a safe manner
  • Performs asset check-in processes on incoming units to include LMI, diagnostic/troubleshooting, parts request for parts kit, and reviews open work orders/projects
  • Works with Maintenance Expeditor (ME) for timely parts fulfilment
  • Maintains and meets pre-planned maintenance schedules that have been set
  • Communicates production needs and timelines to team
  • Reviews maintenance related NPT and communicates solution with both maintenance and operational teams
  • Performs QC and verification of on-time completed units
  • Provides assistance and training to assigned team members
  • Identifies efficiency improvement opportunities and facilitates improvement plans
  • Implements and complies with maintenance programs through maintenance software and equipment analytics
  • Improves the reliability and efficiency of the maintenance processes
  • Works with additional internal and external resources as provided to ensure production goals are met
  • Assists with the implementation of new products and equipment at the district level
  • All other duties as required

EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience maintaining and on-time delivery of an equipment maintenance schedule
  • Experience in managing skill levels to meet on-time delivery schedules
  • Frac equipment mechanical and/or electrical maintenance background required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CMMS (ComputerizedMaintenance Management System)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

  • Management experience of multilevel groups greater than six
  • 4 to 5 Years of oil and gas service and maintenance experience

  • Operates in a highly safety-conscious environment, outdoor and indoor.
  • Regularly be exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise.

Pay: $112,000.00-$137,000.00 per year
