We are seeking an Onsite Inventory Associate to work with us at our Toronto site Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

This exciting opportunity

At Incora we are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our customers and as an Onsite Inventory Associate will serve as the primary contact for our customers and responsible for consistently interacting with various site personnel in a production or warehouse environment. Also, you will be responsible for supporting inventory analysis, root cause analysis for customer discrepancies and product non-conformance, cost saving initiatives, and implementing inventory control processes and programs.

About you

You ideally will have, proven customer service and interaction skills, with direct customer contact with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers and excellence and commitment to a safe and hazard free workplace.

You will have experience in Inventory Control and in production lines. As you will be working in a hardware environment you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have an eye for detailed work. You will also have some basic math and computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft office, especially Outlook and Excel. And your updated Drivers License.

What will you also need?

High School Diploma required or Engineering in Logistics, or another closely related field is preferred
