In Honduras, we collaborate with diverse partners actively engaged in promoting gender equality and social inclusion. One such partner is ANDI, dedicated to advancing women's economic development through various company-based training programs. Focusing on women's rights and empowerment is crucial for the progress and resilience of each individual, and is instrumental in combating violence against women and marginalized communities within the country.As a Gender Advisor, your role entails collaborating with ANDI to assist companies in integrating a gender perspective, thereby working towards achieving gender equality and social inclusion objectives across different corporate settings.As a volunteer, you will: Assist the companies affiliated with the partner in Honduras in integrating gender equity principles. Analyze and evaluate Institutional Gender Policies and the Institutional Strategic Plan to harmonize regulatory frameworks. Essential Requirements:A university degree in social sciences, economics, international development or an equivalent experience in a related field is required.Essential Background: Expertise in Gender Equality encompassing planning, administrative processes, and strategy formulation. Experience in conducting research, teaching, training, or facilitating processes. Proficiency in employing participatory methodologies and tools.
