Overview
Responsibilities :
- Assist in daily retail operations
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers
- Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors
- Drive sales by effectively selling products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
- Experience in retail sales
- Minimum 3 years Equestrian Knowledge
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices
Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
