About the Role: Our client is looking to add a marketing Manager to their team to support the VP Marketing in their initiatives.   Departmental Responsibilities:   • Effective and efficient task management and execution   • Create trust and strong relationships with other departments   • Strong written and verbal communication with vendors and other departments   • Ability to plan ahead for program execution   • Be aware of all workflows, processes best practices and objectives   • Support in delivering all marketing collateral, sales tools and Sales Centres on time and on budget   • Understands marketing fundamentals and has the ability to think outside of the box   • Understands target audiences and consumer insights   Key Accountabilities – Project Management and Execution:   • Support in executing tools that relate to the marketing strategy, theme, product positioning and creative branding for all projects   • Set up, create and maintain project vendor accounts and relationships   • Coordinate and manage schedule that relates to media such as print, online and outdoor advertising as directed by Marketing Manager   • Assist in gathering assets and creating briefs for in-house creative team and vendors such as interior design, website design, renderings, editorials, and online media   • Assist in sanitizing floorplans and compare them to architectural plans for accuracy   • Assist in producing, editing and proofing various marketing collateral including signage, stationary, brochures, floorplans, features sheets, flyers and more   • Project photography tasks which include scouting models, location and suppliers and ensure project photography library is maintained and up to date   • Collaboratively set up templates in CRM system (Spark)   • Manage logistics for installations, supply orders and vendor communication • Collaboratively organize and assist with moving, set-up and tear down of staged and display homes   • Assist in the maintenance and cataloging of corporate warehouse contents as directed by Marketing Operations Manager   • Maintenance of sales office needs including supplies, operations and presentation standards (interior and exterior)   • Assist in the maintenance of pristine, presentation-caliber landscaping with appropriate suppliers and trades as directed by VP Marketing • Assist in overflow tasks necessary from the sales, marketing and communications teams as necessary:       o Social Media management         o Interior and exterior graphic coordination         o Printing and production of marketing materials         o Tendering service contracts         o Head office reception duties (relief) as required   • Run weekly / monthly reports for all campaigns ensuring upper management is aware of results   • Ensure meeting agendas are created ahead of each meeting and meeting minutes are captured and circulated afterwards   • Ensure accurate filing and use of all platforms   Key Accountabilities – Program Strategy:   • Coordination of a variety of events   • Know all project USP’s, features and positioning   • Understand the competition and consumer trends   • Understand features and benefits of traditional and online media
