Duties & Responsibilities :
- Direct supervision, coordination, and oversight of activities for maintenance department
- Monitor department goals and objectivities and supervise performance.
- Planning and completing preventative maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Maintain and manage critical parts inventory including purchasing of equipment accessories and repair components.
- Coordinate building and facility maintenance and improvements.
Education and Qualifications :
- Must have Millwright License (433 A) and Electrician License (309A or 442A).
- Department supervisor / leadership experience required.
- Maintenance experience in a continuous manufacturing process a very strong asset
- Proficient with software programs to include MS office and maintenance tracking systems.
- Ability to be flexible with work hours and available when needed to support departments and activities.
