Our client, a well known real-estate firm, is seeking a passionate Bilingual Learning Consultant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.This is a hybrid position (1-2 days in office) and requires some flexibility to go on-site more often during busier periods. The office is located in North York.Their compensation package includes a great salary, full benefits and 3 weeks of vacation. Other perks include free parking, an on-site gym and cafeteria.Day to day, the Bilingual Learning Consultant will create high quality training and curriculum across a variety of formats, as well as create learning resources in both French and English. They will travel across Canada (25% of the time) and deliver engaging trainings to Francophone and Anglophone audiences. They will drive their own projects, as well as collaborate with other team members.*Note: This position involves significant travel across Canada, inlcuding multiple out-of-province trips in the spring and fall months. The organization will pay for flights/ car rentals for out of province travel. For in-province travel, the organization will support the incumbent with a car allowance for gas, mileage, etc. The imcumbent must have a valid driver's license and regular access to a vehicle.This role requires delivering trainings and presentations in French, the candidate must be fluently Bilingual in both English and French (oral, written).The ideal candidate for this role defines themselves as a self-starter, has a proven track record of creating and delivering engaging and effective trainings, and are life-long learners.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCreate and deliver effective, impactful curriculum using a variety of formats (workshops, webinars) on various topics including but not limited to: industry best practices and trends, new tools and platforms, developing soft skillsProduce high quality learning resources, including but not limited to: workbooks, video tutorials, user guidesPromote programs within the curriculum framework, conduct presentations to new members with goal of increasing awareness and engagementPost relevant content on corporate social media accounts to boost engagementCollect and report on feedback via training surveys, record and submit attendance, reporting any issues or feedbackSupport logistical arrangements (i.e.. booking trainings, registration)Support team with related communications materials if needed (editing, reviewing, writing)Qualifications and Skills1+ years of experience developing curriculum with an understanding of adult learning principlesFluently Bilingual in English and French (oral, written)Familiarity and ability to train staff on CRM systemsExcellent facilitation and presentation skills, both soft and technical skills trainingSuperior communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skillsProficient in the MS Office Suite + Google SuiteSelf-starter mentality, comfortable with autonomyEducationUniversity Degree or College Diploma in Education or any related fields and/or Certificate in Adult Education
