Physiotherapist - Lifemark OT ConsultingVANCOUVER, BC Location: 3438 Lougheed Hwy. #210, Vancouver, BC V5M 2A4Lifemark OT Consulting, is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our multi disciplinary team in Vancouver. The Physiotherapist will be supporting our ECAT & OR program, and will also have an opportunity to build a private caseload. We have a variety of programs at our clinic and there is the possibility of gaining experience and exposure to programs such as Concussion and Pain. We treat complex orthopedic injuries and chronic and persistent pain. We provide physiotherapy, concussion care, vestibular (dizziness/balance and vertigo) therapy, exercise therapy, occupational therapy and clinical counselling to our clients. Our clinic offers a positive and supportive environment, lots of friendly faces, a fun and experienced team to work alongside. If you're a clinician who thrives in a dynamic out-patient clinic, is eager to learn more, and is passionate about helping our clients get back to life, you belong here! Responsibilities include:Perform assessments and complete reports at intake, progress and discharge to determine clients’ appropriateness for the OR 2 program and return to workCreating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoningUtilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations Teach group education classes on topics such pain science, anatomy and stages of healingCommunicate with team members and WorkSafe BC regarding claim-related decisions and recommendationsHave fun - its one of our core valuesThe successful candidate will be:A graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree programRegistered with the Provincial College of PhysiotherapistsPrevious experience with Vestibular and Concussion rehabilitation (Strong Asset)Have a minimum 18 months experience as a Physiotherapist treating musculoskeletal injuries / conditions Why choose Lifemark?
