**The Opportunity - Part

  • Time Order Fulfillment Team Member**: Here at Cambridge Environmental Products Inc, we believe that getting orders out to our customers accurately, safely, and in a timely manner is what we do best. You will be the final link between Cambridge Environmental and our valued customers, and you work closely with other departments like Sales and Purchasing to fulfill customer orders. Having a keen eye for details, and great organizational skills, will be your key to success. The Order Fulfillment Team Member will be responsible for assisting with shipping and receiving, ensuring the warehouse is organized, products are correctly labeled and processed upon receipt.

Under the direction of the Senior Order Fulfillment Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing and shipping orders, receiving incoming goods, handling incoming goods appropriately and putting them into their stock locations. Organization, communication, and attention to detail are the big 3 skills required, and play a big part of this role. Day to day duties include picking, packing, weighing and shipping the orders using shipping software; receiving incoming and organizing inventory.

What You’ll Do :

  • Perform warehouse functions, which include: loading and unloading trucks, receiving, labeling and putting away inventory, picking and packing orders - double checking for accuracy, shipping, receiving, cycle counting
  • Be responsible for coordinating courier pickups and following customer’s shipping instructions
  • Be responsible for the accurate and careful picking, packing, and shipping of sales orders
  • Must be able to deal with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (ie: picking sheets, packing lists, returns, bill of lading, etc)
  • Stocking/labeling products in warehouse, recording locations in Inventory Management Software
  • Repackaging and relabeling products
  • Maintain cleanliness of shipping and warehouse area, monitoring shipping supply stock levels
  • Liaison with carriers when there are issues with tracking numbers or lost packages
  • Assist with special warehouse project work as required, such as yearly inventory, moving stock locations, cycle counts
  • Other related duties as assigned
