Position Overview:   We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Sales Representative  with a background as an estimator  . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering or  construction, combined with exceptional sales acumen and /or estimation . As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and promoting  products and services within the region. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the civil engineering and construction industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Provide technical expertise and support to clients, offering innovative solutions tailored to their needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company visibility. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in technical sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the civil engineering or construction industry. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and project management concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on exceeding sales targets and objectives. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
