All positions within GHHS require :
- Experience in long term care setting
- PSW certificate from recognized institution and verification
- Vulnerable Sector Check and 2 step TB or chest x-ray within 6 months
- Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, tDap. Hepatitis B an asset)
- COVID passport with QR showing at least 3 doses of the vaccine
- Current N95 and CPR certificates
