Key Responsibilities

Assist property manager in all aspects of the operation of The Caledon Mountain Trout Club. Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Trout farming and all related daily duties
  • Maintenance of all structures (interior and exterior)
  • Light mechanical repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
  • Operation of Skeet and Trap Shooting Range (safety, opening and closing, interacting with member clientele in a respectful and courteous manner) requires PAL license of which we can provide
  • Lawn and landscape maintenance
  • Pond maintenance
  • Snow removal
  • Security
  • Painting
  • Carpentry
  • Tree removal

Requirements :

  • 1 -2 years experience in property management
  • Strong work ethic - hard working, always available, good attitude
  • Teamwork and cooperation skills
  • Effective communication skills - listening, understanding, and responding
  • Constant focus and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform high quality work
  • Commitment to working in a safe manner
  • landscaping is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license
  • PAL firearms license (provided)
  • An understanding of Standard Health and Safety guidelines
  • First Aid and CPR level C
  • WHIMS
  • Available to work weekends

Salary : $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability
