Weekend Front Desk Agent

Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner and appropriately dressed in business attire.

  • Assists guests and owners in a friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up, as necessary.
  • Be aware of all essential aspects of hotel operations.
  • Collects payments from customers, ensures daily settlements are balanced.
  • Monitors lobby and check-in activity including cleaning and tidying up lobby area
  • Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Receiving calls, conducting room reservations, and verifying existing bookings
  • Works with all departments closely to ensure guest safety, requests and coordinates any kind of activity that may affect these departments.
  • Staff will be trained for all shifts including audit shifts and expected to help out when needed.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette and listening abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varying and extended shifts.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Attention to detail to ensure an error-free work environment.
  • Effective organization and time-management skills to prioritize and complete tasks on time.
  • Dealing with guest complaints effectively in solving guests needs.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment, some heavy lifting with standing and bending at times.
  • Able to speak other languages is preferable but not needed.
  • Experience as a hotel front desk agent is preferable.

Job Type : Part-time

Salary : $15.00-$16.00 per hour
