Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Inventory Supervisor plays a key role in coordinating the movement of inventory throughout the supply chain, as well as overseeing inventory control processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead meeting assessing items at risk of stocking out against demand plan
Review upcoming sales plan to raise awareness of items at risk of not being available for product launches
Support team members with inventory inquiries
Coordinate DC and 3PL inventory replenishment planning and related inventory control.
Submitting transfer orders so product is at correct locations in correct quantities prior to sale
Oversee inventory management processes (transactions, counts, production work orders, adjustments, and inventory analytics)
Develop, monitor and track inventory KPIs
Implement and execute cycle count process and inventory control policies for inventory accuracy
Actively seek opportunities to improve systems and processes.
Lead and coordinate with operations stakeholders the year-end inventory count process.
Work closely with finance to ensure yearly inventory/cycle count strategy meets audit requirements
Work with QA department on Non-conforming material and ensuring end of life disposition

Education & Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
2-3 years of experience relevant experience required
Experience in a leadership role recommended
Experience in Project Management recommended
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
