We are on the look-out for a Lot Manager to join our FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon team! We are looking for someone with a flexible and customer service focused mindset, who brings a strong work ethic and takes pride in delivering on a job well-done.

As a valuable member of the dealership team, the Lot Manager will not only complete lot technician and detail duties but also lead a team of other lot technicians, fostering their growth and supporting the overall success of the department. You'll start the day off by unlocking our state-of-the-art dealership. You are a stickler for things "looking just right". Beautification is your game—lining up vehicles, ensuring they are gassed up, and as the team leader, you're making sure deliveries and details are getting checked off the list. Your leadership skills will ensure that your team is motivated, efficient, and dedicated to maintaining high standards.

What you'll be doing :

• Ensure the upkeep and pristine condition of the dealership's property, showroom, and inventory.
• Coordinate and assist with moving vehicles for showroom and lot displays.
• Oversee the delivery and retrieval of vehicles from offsite service locations.
• Prepare vehicles for demonstrations, road tests, and after-sale deliveries.
• Lead, train, and mentor lot technicians to ensure high performance and development.
• Supervise and participate in vehicle washing to maintain presentation standards.

What we're looking for :

• Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable as this is a full-time, leadership position.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
