Petrocare Construction Ltd. is in the process of hiring for the following Full Time Position: OFFICE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR

We are a General Contractor specializing in the Construction of Petroleum Fuel facilities in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta but we are based in Saskatoon.

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Strong accounting skills, Data Entry, Quick Books knowledge a must, Excel and Word
  • Implement and maintain accurate record keeping
  • High Quality of Administrative support
  • Travel Management - book travel, hotels, etc
  • Initiate and maintain Invoices, Accounts Receivables and Payables
  • Journal Entries, Financial Statements, Bank & Credit card Reconciliations, Accruals, Year End preparations
  • Payroll - Manage Time Entries, Weekly Preparation & processing of Payroll, ROE’s, T4's
  • WCB Preparation & processing, Sales Tax calculations & payments
  • Ability to Multi-task, Handle Multiple Priorities with Strong Attention to details
  • Initiate a Professional, Friendly, and Organized Office Environment
  • Able to work with limited supervision

5 years experience preferred
