TruckRight Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Our clients and prospects are top-shelf transportation companies across North America. As driver shortages continue to increase, the need to hire the right drivers quickly is becoming more in demand. Our software helps clients get drivers in trucks easier, move their goods down the road, and keep our economy rolling.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at TruckRight, you’ll be part of a high-energy B2B SaaS sales team that is the engine driving our growth. And you’ll have the opportunity to grow within our organization as well.

On-target earnings of $55,000 - $60,000 ($35,000 -$40,000 base salary, plus commission) with no cap.

What your day will look like:

  • Conduct research to fully understand the prospect’s company profile and business needs.
  • Qualify prospects based on their company profile and uncover their pain points.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of TruckRight based on the prospect’s need state.
  • Schedule qualified demos for our Account Executives.
  • Strive to meet personal targets while helping the sales team meet its overall goals.
  • Follow up with previous contacts and help nurture leads.

Who you are:

  • You want to grow your sales experience as an SDR.
  • You’re persistent and persuasive, but not overly sales-y.
  • You’re exceptional at building strong relationships.
  • You have outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
  • You're adept at communicating technical and business concepts in simple terms.
  • You have experience using prospecting tools.
  • You're energetic, results-driven and built for a high-growth environment.
  • You have the legal right to work in Canada.
  • Business, sales, marketing or related diploma is a plus
