Overview
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management techniques
- Communicate with clients in English, Punjabi(asset not prefered), and Hindi(asset not prefered) to ensure excellent customer service
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to showcase product features and benefits
- Utilize tools like Excel spreadsheets to track sales activities and maintain customer records
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Engage in outside sales activities to generate leads and expand the customer base
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for business growth
Requirements :
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a cleaning services sales environment
- Fluency in different languages is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Proficiency in Spreadsheets (Will train if necessary)
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
This is a commission-based job the amount of money you make depends on the amount of effort you put in on bringing in new and repeating clients. I will train you and provide you the proper techniques to succeed at this job.
