As a Scheduler, you play a crucial role in our healthcare team, managing staffing in long-term care, nursing homes, and communities. Your responsibilities include:

  • Shift Management : Efficiently plan and oversee shifts for healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal coverage.
  • On-Call Coordination : Manage on-call shifts, updating staff availability promptly to meet facility needs.
  • Communication Excellence : Effectively liaise with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • After-Hours Availability : Respond to after-hour calls and address emergent staffing issues.
  • Reporting : Prepare reports for senior managers to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Experience :

  • basic accounting or payroll processing: 1 year (required)
