Our ient in th - ackaging Technology Industry currently - ing for CUSTOMER SUCCESS ENGINEER/SPE LIST to join the growing - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs. - Provide technical support and assistance to customers, including troubleshooting product issues and offering solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and production, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. - Completing and signing the project specification sheets - Providing regular updates to the customer on project status - Preparing and requesting product samples - Scheduling and supervising the factory acceptance test - Coordinating the shipment of the machine to the customer - Arranging and confirming installation dates - Overseeing the shipment of parts to the customer - Supplying comprehensive project documentation to the customer - Delivering customer service as required - Identifying and dispatching consumable parts to customers - Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations for customers as needed. - Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and communicate insights to relevant teams. - Assist in the development of technical documentation, manuals, and training materials for customers. - Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to enhance customer success initiatives. *Requirements:* - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. - Proven experience in a customer success, customer service, or client engagement role, preferably in technical support. - Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. - Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and events. *Preferred Qualifications* - Experience in the packaging industry or related field. - Familiarity with CAD software and mechanical design principles. - Previous experience in a customer success or account management role. - Casual dress - Company events - Dental care - Disability insurance - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - On-site parking - Paid time off - Store discount - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday Application question(s): - Do you have experience in Packaging industry? - Are you familiar with CAD Software or any mechanical design principles?
