Server/cashier

Robin's Donuts is a full-service, local restaurant with an emphasis great customer service and quick delivery of our quality food and drink products. We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals to join our team!

We are looking for a full-time server to take and deliver orders. You’ll be responsible for providing customers with accurate and relevant information while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Food service experience is preferred but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare food and drink items using recipes as well as other standard kitchen tools
• Take orders and enter information into the computer
• Prepare food items for customers according to customers’ specifications
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Answer customers’ questions about ingredients or menu items
• Issue receipts as well as provide customer service throughout the day
• Keep kitchen area clean and sanitized
• Maintain product knowledge to include new products, flavors, or brands that are appearing in our menu
• Comply with all safety and sanitation standards
• Handle cash and credit cards on the spot or at the counter where you will be working with the manager.

Skills :

• Proven work experience as a cashier or similar role in a restaurant
• Hands-on experience with kitchen equipment and kitchen tools (e.g. blenders)
• Excellent communication skills along with good time management skills
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations (e.g. during peak hours)

Job Types : Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary : $14.15-$15.30 per hour
