Kanata Honda is looking for a full-time administrative clerk

THE POSITION :

  • processing accounts payable
  • preparing morning cash deposits
  • posting EFTs
  • ordering office supplies
  • maintaining a filing system
  • entering vehicle and customer information into inventory system
  • other general clerical duties as required

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL :

  • be hard working, self-motivated, and dependable
  • be able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting deadlines

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • ability to work quickly and accurately
  • ability to multi-task
  • knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • experience in an accounting environment would be considered as asset

HOURS : Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

COMPENSATION : $37,000 - $41,000 depending on experience
