THE OPPORTUNITY Become a Vidir Hero at our Arborg, MANITOBA facility. Level up your career as a: Service Coordinator Job Summary : The Service Coordinator manages third party tech support partners’ accounts. Under the guidance of the Customer Care Manager, they will ensure compliance of insurance obligations and up-to-date training is complete. They will also be accountable to organize the training logistics. Responsibilities** “With great power comes great responsibility.”

  • The Service Coordinator will manage third party tech support partners’ accounts and will prepare and process customer reports and invoices.
  • They will manage the technical support database. They will also be accountable to manage the Quality Control Report and update it for Quality Control monthly meetings.
  • Provide coverage to the role of Service Parts Coordinator as required.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in a customer relations role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Customer focus driven with excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of working well with others both on the team and across the organization.
  • Values diverse perspectives and working with others as a way to achieve the best output possible.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills plus the ability to multi task are essential

Salary : From $18.00 per hour
