As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects by overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth project operations. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project coordination and timely completion.Responsibilities: Assist project managers and team members with administrative tasks, such as document preparation, filing, and data entry.Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections, ensuring all parties are properly notified and updated.Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related correspondence, including memos, meeting minutes, and progress reports.Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to support project scheduling and ensure timely completion.Maintain accurate and organized project files and records, both in physical and digital formats. Requirements: Graduate student from the Civil Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Technology is requiredProven experience in administration or a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ProgramsStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
