Toromont Cat is looking for new and recent post-secondary graduates with aptitude, experience, and interest to grow in Leadership within our Company.This is a position with “on-the-job” relocation assignments (2 – 3 months at a time) in locations across Eastern Canada where Toromont does business. The program is designed to accelerate your knowledge of Toromont’s business, products, customers, and operating culture. It is expected that upon (target) 24 months you will graduate into a regular full-time position in Leadership to continue your career path with Toromont Cat.In addition to relocation assignments across the Company, you will also have a dedicated mentor, participate in blended learning programs and participate at Company events/meetings to round-out your leadership development.Qualifications: Post-Secondary graduate from an applicable discipline and/or with experience from an Industrial or Technical related sector discipline.Demonstrated passion and/or experience for Leadership; up to 3 years of working experience is an asset.Goal oriented and driven for success with a passion to realize positive results and make a positive impact in the businessEnjoys a “roll up your sleeves” and “connecting with customers” work environment; has a desire to partner with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.Effective communication and interpersonal skillsMust be currently eligible to work in Canada and willing/able to travel and relocate for assignments at locations where Toromont Cat has business (various locations from Manitoba to the Atlantic Ocean).
