The Clinical Program Manager is primarily responsible for providing clinical guidance and supporting the implementation of clinical programs aimed at improving patient care, outcomes, and operational efficiency. Managing the strategic distribution of human and financial resources to enhance program effectiveness. Leading collaborative efforts at Maryvale to optimize operations and foster strong partnerships with stakeholders, funders, and the community. Ensuring that services consistently meet or exceed the industry’s highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. Monitoring and assessing programs and services by establishing measurable goals. Staying current on best practices in youth mental health care and incorporating new approaches into program offerings. Collaborating with other departments and community partners to enhance services and support integrated care. The Ideal Candidate: Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role, ideally within a mental health or healthcare environment. Proven track record of integrity, as well as exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities. Able to make decisive and impactful decisions. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional mental health services. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Capable of handling difficult situations with professionalism.
