- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent, Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficiency in all aspects of construction jobs, blueprint reading, construction estimating, planning, pulling permits and quality control processes
- Familiarity with construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the construction field
