Duties and responsibilities :
- Ensures compliance with all corporate policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction

- Able to work safely and securely in a manner that protects the integrity and safety of the guest, associates and hotel
Minimum 1 year of proven retail sales experience in a fast paced and fluid sales environment
Proven previous experience as both an independent worker and as a team player
Proven ability to quickly and accurately handle and balance cash, credit and debit card sales
Excellent customer service skills
Computer literacy, specifically with Micros Point of Sales systems
Strong understanding of the retail environment
Proven previous experience in suggestive selling, up-selling and cross-selling
Proven outstanding listening and problem solving skills
Must be able to safely lift, pull, push, or carry 25 lbs
Proven ability to multi-task, take direction well and work independently in a fast paced environment
Proven organizational skills, is highly motivated and self directed
Flexible to a changing schedule
Second language is an asset
