Overview: The Bartender is a permanent fixture in the bar, providing a friendly smile and full service from their station behind the bar and in the dining area of the bar. The Bartender is the master of all drinks, maintaining quality and consistency so that newcomers and regulars alike feel satiated and refreshed after every beverage.
Primary tasks:
- Ensures their assigned station is set up for service prior to the beginning of their shift
- Works diligently and cautiously to monitor inventory
- Acts responsibly so no behaviour or service occurs that contravenes local regulations or that puts the company in jeopardy
- Makes cocktails and pours drinks for all customers of the facility and provides meal service to patrons sitting at the bar.
