These clinical interventions focus on issues that require longer-term care, more specialized, or intensive care, all aimed at preventing or better managing performance problems, absences, and workplace disabilities.What we offer to all our employees: A weekday schedule (Mon-Fri) to promote work-life balance.Professional liability insurance under our coverage.A positive work environment that supports diversity and inclusion.Benefits for employees working 22.5 hours and more:Benefits coverage from day one for individual and/or family needs.Four (4) weeks of vacation and two wellness days.Paid training leave to support your professional development.Retirement plan.One volunteer day per year to support a cause you care about.Your responsibilities will include: Providing specialized counseling to adult clients with various mental health, addiction, or work-related issues.Conducting client needs assessments and, in conjunction with them, setting goals and developing a strategy to achieve them according to the program's guidelines.Ensuring administrative follow-up on cases, adhering to timelines, and using provided clinical forms.Profile sought:Master's/Doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, sexology, psychoeducation, art therapy, or career guidance.Psychotherapist license issued by the Ordre des psychologues du Québec is required, except for psychologists.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.Experience or training in mental health, substance abuse, or addiction.Ability to assess psycho-social issues and develop treatment plans.Ability to handle high-risk or crisis situations such as suicide or homicide risk, domestic violence, child protection, and public safety.A bit about usWe’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
