You will be responsible for building a close collaboration with the Head of Game and lead the Producers. Reporting to the Director of Production, you will be joining a global, fast paced team responsible for crafting an exciting mobile free-to-play title. You will have ultimate responsibility over the entire production lifecycle, manage roadmaps & strategy, enable cross functional collaboration, lead the monitoring and incorporation of best practices and production standards & be an integral part of the decision making group with lead stakeholders. Your experience will allow you to hold informed conversations with key stakeholders and bring an overall balance to the production process by considering all aspects of the game development.You will also be responsible for mentoring and nurturing our Montreal team members as we are expanding and building the team.What You'll DoExecuting the roadmap by collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the game’s life cycle and supporting central operationsWorking with Central & Game Production teams to continually improve and document processes Overseeing the day to day development and providing the necessary guidance and course correction as requiredResource planning, priority management and roadmap developmentOverseeing the development and management of a comprehensive project schedule and the planning for various contingenciesReporting back to the Leadership Team and ensuring that the progress is communicated via the right forumsAdvocating for studio best practices, techniques, and standardsMeasuring project performance to identify areas for improvementAdvocating for Project management practices like risk Management, scope Management, creation of scope statements etcActively promoting positive team culture in our Montreal studioWhat We're Looking ForRequired Skills:8-10 years of game production experience (ideally mobile F2P)Successful track record of Project Management experience; adhering to outlined scope, budget, and timelinesHighly skilled in all industry standard project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesAdvanced Jira and Confluence user skillsManagerial experienceNice-to-have:Knowledge of agile methodologies or Project Management certificationsExperience in mobile game software development lifecycles and game team servant leadershipSoft Skills:A positive attitude with the ability to bring people togetherExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA self-starting, emotionally intelligent leader Excellent analytical skills and creative problem solving chopsA true team player - fun to work with!Why Product Madness?
