Invoicing Admin

Job Summary : We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Invoicing Admin to join our team. The Invoicing Admin will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining billing records, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our clients.

Duties :

  • Receive time sheets from Employee, confirm all timesheet filled out correctly
  • Input data from time sheet into Spreadsheet, confirm data from timesheet is correct to information on spreadsheet
  • Obtain information to confirm type of work that was done on timesheet meets the price list of work
  • Once data is collected create an invoice to the customer specific needs
  • Attention to detail is very important here, making sure everything is input into invoice in the correct order, and all the billing amounts match the timesheets (VMR)
  • Send out invoices in timely matter

Requirements :

  • Organization skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Experience of excel with the ability to do formatting, set up spreadsheet, sort data in different ways, etc
  • Experience with spreadsheets and inputting data into spreadsheets
  • Experience invoicing hourly and quoted work
  • Work well in team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and external clients

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
