Some of what you will do : The Human Resources Coordinator will work in cooperation with various HR partners on a daily basis to assist with the delivery of all HR programs and initiatives across all Corporate, FC, Hub, Contact Centre, Sales and Services teams. The HR Coordinator must create effective working relationships with internal associates and business partners and must work well with many different levels of management. The incumbent provides support for talent acquisition and talent development initiatives as needed. This role provides administrative support to the HR function as needed and participates in associate relations activities where required.

Specifically, You Will :

  • HR Process and Program Coordination:

  • Exit interview and 90 day check in processes: survey administration, book conversation with HR, consolidate data. On a quarterly basis complete trending and analysis and produce report to share with leadership

  • Turnover analysis: conduct analysis of information from monthly reports and share with team, highlighting any concerns or trends where further investigation is needed. Create trending summary on a quarterly basis

  • Maternity and Parental leaves: track, monitor and communicate to all required parties to ensure associate info is captured and recorded properly

  • Resignations: notify required parties and coordinate collection of items as required

  • Terminations: notify required parties in a timely manner, update parties as information is collected, and coordinate collection of items as required

  • Coordinate outplacement services as needed and oversee invoicing process to ensure information provided to leadership team for approval is accurate and complete

  • Job descriptions: assist with creation of new and updating of current JDs, including researching current language and industry best practices. Partner with COEs and leaders to ensure JDs are formatted properly, and all required information is captured and filed appropriately.

  • Assist HRBP team with activities related to the Associate Engagement Survey

  • Assist with the Corporate onboarding process. This includes supporting leaders as required, coordinating Orientation sessions including some facilitation, communicating technology needs to IT. Assist with creation and coordination of on-boarding plans as needed.

  • Coordinate job postings, including creation of Job Posting and submitting required information to the Talent Acquisition team

  • Support career fairs and hiring events as needed.

  • Assist with coordination of training sessions as needed.

  • Coordinate and assist with planning team meetings and activities.

  • Monitor training completion rates for mandatory and technical training as required and communicate reminders as needed.

  • Track and follow up with teams to ensure participation in surveys and programs, including AES, PA completion, etc.

  • Complete and/or facilitate documentation for manager and supervisor changes, including salary changes, benefit and position changes

  • Complete PeopleSoft data entry for the HR team

  • Update and post Organization charts on a quarterly and ad hoc basis

  • Liaise with Home Office support teams to manage general reporting and data requests

  • Support other HR teams with invoicing, travel and expenses as required

Associate Relations Support :

  • Participate in investigations as a witness and note taker to capture all details of conversations
  • Assists with the execution of re-organization activities, including preparing associate lists and letters, completing calculations, notifications to required parties, collection of documents, collection of items and follow up on outstanding items
  • Conduct research and stay informed related to current trends, best practices and legal requirements, and surface recommendations for change

Projects and Initiatives :

  • Participate in project work and initiatives as assigned to support Corporate, FC, Hub, Contact Centre, Sales and Services teams, as they relate to national, departmental or team strategy.
