Duties Answers the DG phonelines and Monitors the main receptionPrepares DG’s daily agenda and meeting files, and maintains the DG meeting calendarMonitor*s DG’s emails for invitationsHelps correspondence officer with MECs correspondenceProvides general office support to DGOGreets Clients Qualifications Experience in Health Canada in Scheduling Experience working in a face paced officeAble to meet short deadlinesAble to communicate in both official languagesAble to use the following programs: MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, E-mail, faxing, scanning, photocopying, Able to work overtime on short notice
