Administrative Assistant- Financial Sector Temporary (JB)

Status : Temporary 37.5h/week Salary: $28-$33/H Location : Ottawa Our client, a company operating in the financial sector, is looking for an Assistant to support the company's teams. This is a temporary position in Ottawa. We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual who can work in a high pressure environment. Responsibilities: Provide administrative and support to the team and work closely with supervisors Ensure written, telephone and electronic communications related to requests Ensure the flow of information between the various stakeholders Manage communication within his/her jurisdiction (writing letters, answering questions, follow-ups, etc.) Ensure that the processes and programs put in place by the team are respected for the smooth running of the company Be the resource person between the clients and the company Gather information and documents necessary for the opening of customer accounts Maintain and follow up on customer transactions Ensure resolution of any issues to ensure proper delivery Collaborate with portfolio managers in the preparation of account documents Perform any other related tasks Requirements: Relevant experience in the wealth management (an asset) Experience in the financial sector (required)  Fluent English Knowledge of French (an asset) Very good command of the Microsoft Office Suite Soft skills: Good sense of organizational skills Meticulous and attention to detail Good sense of priorities Ability to quickly learn new technologies High level of customer service Excellent communication skills  Reliable person who works well under pressure Autonomous Do you fit this description?
