Description : Responsibilities :

  • Social Media Management : Design, build, and maintain our company’s social media presence across all relevant platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  • Content Generation : Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and drives engagement and conversions.
  • Digital Strategy Support : Provide ideas and suggestions to enhance our digital and marketing strategy. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment on all marketing initiatives with the company’s greater goals.
  • Video & Graphic Design : Produce engaging video content and graphic designs to support marketing campaigns, social media posts, and other digital initiatives.
  • Segmentation & Nurture Journeys : Build and manage segmentation and nurture journeys using Pardot/Account Engagement by Salesforce to optimize lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Reporting : Develop and present regular reports on digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Innovative Growth Strategies : Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
  • User Experience Optimization : Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful social media, content creation, and digital strategy campaigns.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot) is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in leveraging nurture campaigns and marketing automation systems.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Experience in video production and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
