Description : As a Customer Care Representative (CSR) at Floradale Feed Mill Ltd. (FFM) you will serve as a vital link between our organization and our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information regarding our products and services. You will play a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships and fostering trust in our brand.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Customer Communication :
  • Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries, product requests, and service-related issues.
  1. Order Processing :
  • Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  • Streamline processes improvements, and customer service enhancements.
  • Proactively suggest and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with Bin Century to continue and enhance customer satisfaction with this program.
  1. Product Knowledge :
  • Develop a deep understanding of our feed products, their specifications, uses, and benefits. Educate customers on product offerings, features, and availability.
  1. Issue Resolution :
  • Assist and collaborate with HACCP & Quality teams to address customer concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly and effectively. Investigate problems, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  1. Documentation and Record-Keeping :
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries. Generate reports as needed to track customer feedback and identify trends.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration :
  • Collaborate with sales, production, quality assurance, and other internal departments to streamline processes, resolve issues, and optimize customer experience.
  1. Continuous Improvement :
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements. Proactively suggest and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  1. Compliance :
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Adhere to quality standards and safety protocols in all customer interactions and operational activities.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Post secondary education, in Business or Administration or equivalent working experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the agricultural or feed industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong team player.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Knowledge of feed products, livestock nutrition, and agricultural practices is a plus.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends or holidays, as needed.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
