Compensation
- $24 to $28 per hour to start, based on previous experience
- Overtime hours after 44 hours per week

Shifts
- 5 x 10-hour afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday - 2:00 p.m. to midnight
- Optional: 1 shorter shift per week - 2:00 p.m. to 6:00, 7:00 or 8:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on powder coat painting equipment to produce finishes that meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Monitor performance of equipment - identify and communicate to management any equipment and/or paint quality issues as they arise.
- Follow safe manufacturing and material handling practices.
- Operate fork lifts and overhead cranes to move material to and from paint area.
Qualifications/Attributes
- Forklift and/or telehandler experience is required for this position
- Previous powder coat painting experience is preferred
- Must be capable and willing to work in a dusty and noisy environment
Salary : $24.00-$28.00 per hour
