Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in our Elmira store. We seek an individual who is passionate about serving people. We focus on providing our customers with a positive, memorable customer service experience.

  • Greet and assist customers with their needs while providing customer service excellence
  • Answer calls from customers in a professional manner
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to team members
  • Maintain and accurately update electronic and paper filing systems
  • Assist with organizing and planning special events within the organization

Essential Skills and Qualifications :

  • Customer service excellence
  • Available to work flexible hours
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong initiative, prioritizing and problem solving skills
  • Agriculture sector knowledge an asset but not required
  • One year of administrative/office experience
  • Office Administration post secondary education or equivalent experience

Job Type :

  • Full time position
  • Saturday rotation
  • 40 Hours per week

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : $15.50-$20.50 per hour
