  • Support aircraft on arrivals and departures by towing, marshalling, fuelling, loading and unloading baggage.

  • Ensure Facility and Fuel Equipment Maintenance and inspections

  • Organize workflow and supervise staff to ensure that employees understand their duties and tasks

  • Train Ramp Agent staff on procedures and equipment

  • Manage the tracking and delivery of FBO regulator, technical, and OHS training of staff

  • Administrate training tracking system by maintaining user and course profiles and updating training records

  • Create and assign a training schedule for new staff

  • Deliver and evaluate practical training

  • Perform De-Icing/Anti-Icing of aircraft Shovelling/Ploughing of immediate operations areas What you bring :

  • High School graduate with Post-Secondary accreditation - Aviation course will be preferred

  • Working experience as a Line Service Technician

  • Knowledge of safety requirements in a maintenance/aviation environment

  • Self-starter, able to act independently and proactively

  • Possess solid interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Ontario driver’s license with clean abstract required

  • Radio license preferred or able to get one in the short term

  • Possess or able to attain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) and an Airside Vehicle Operators Permit (AVOP) Hours of Work :

  • 40 hours of work per week; shift rotations of 10 hours a day between 5 AM to 12 AM covering seven days per week including statutory holidays There might be “callouts” outside of regularly scheduled hours resulting in overtime pay** Join us and let's shape the future of aviation together!
