We're growing! We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our Breslau team.

  • What we are looking for :_
  • 3+ Years of Digital Marketing & Communications experience
  • Post-Secondary education in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge and experience utilizing digital and social media platforms
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
  • High level of computer proficiency including MS Office, web and social software, Canva and/or graphic design programs
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities at any given time
  • Responsibilities :_
  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies that align with Breadner Trailers goals and objectives.
  • Execute internal communications regarding team events, people & culture initiatives, and company news.
  • Execute external recruitment communications that attract top talent.
  • Create and update graphic design content, technical documents, print assets and web assets that support our brand.
  • Maintain company social media platforms such as LinkedIn or Facebook
  • Create content for company intranet platforms and digital communication boards.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess effectiveness of our strategies.
  • Standardize internal branding for sales decks, customer communications and other promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the Director of People & Culture to execute company events for both employees and customers.
  • Develop new community partnerships that align with Breadner Trailers values.
  • Assist the People & Culture Department with employee initiatives as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Salary : $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
