Dining Room Server

Overview: Responsibilities :

• Greet and seat residents in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests' tables
• Assist in food preparation and ensure dishes are presented well
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and follow all ministry of health requirements.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
• Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• 1-2 years experience in Retirement is preferred
• Knowledge of food service procedures and etiquette
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent time management
• Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within the food industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
