Job Description : Karas Security is seeking a B2B Self driven and self-motivated Sales Manager with a Hunter mentality who is able to bring in new business and build a book of business from the ground up. This is strictly a Sales Role and you will be part of a sales team working together to identify new channels, grow our existing client base, and identify new sales strategies and holding below responsibilities amongst others:

  • Achieve revenue goals set by the company.
  • Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies, focusing on customers in target markets.
  • Conduct cold-calling campaigns to promote the company’s products and build an opportunity pipeline.
  • Identify key contacts and decision-makers within organizations.
  • Direct development of both existing and new client relationships through targeted prospecting and sales programs within designated territories.
  • Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on positive mentorship, career development, and motivation of a team of sales and financial professionals.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with an impressive history of forging strong relationships with people of all backgrounds, at all levels and with different vested interests

Required Experience:

  • Business Development: 3-5 years
  • Sales: 3-5 years
  • Customer Service: 3-5 years (preferred)
  • B2B: 3-5 years

Schedule:

Required Skills :

  • Devising Strategic Plans to Expand Sales.
  • Customer & Distribution Relationship Management

  • Ability to make quick the decision to de-escalate difficult situations.
  • Maintaining professionalism all the time at the job site with excellent customer service.
  • Proven ability to plan marketing strategy and promotional and advertising campaigns, across all media and platforms.

Salary : $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year + Solid Commission
